Kathleen Griffin | CIS 195 Portfolio

Welcome! This page contains links to the websites I created for my CIS 195 Web Development class.
The first site, Dirt Junkie, highlights one of my favorite hobbies, off-roading and overlanding in my Jeep. Within the site, I share my love for exploring trails and getting off the beaten path.
My second site focuses on my small pet-sitting business, So Fetch Pet Care, combining my love for animals with a practical business website.
These projects represent what I have learned so far while giving me the opportunity to create websites around things that are meaningful and relevant to me.

PERSONAL BIOGRAPHY

Hi, I’m Katie! I have lived in Central Oregon pretty much my whole 37 years of life. I currently live out in the Sunriver area with my husband, our three kids, and what sometimes feels like a small menagerie of animals between our intended pets and the local wildlife. I enjoy spending time outdoors, camping, riding my horse, off-roading, working on projects around our 5 acre property, and finding new creative outlets.

I’m currently working toward a degree in business with a focus on entrepreneurship and marketing, while also helping grow our family business. I’ve really enjoyed discovering my creative side through branding, graphic design, social media, and now web development. I’m always learning something new and usually have more than a few projects going at once!
